Thanks for the advice. I can't really miss meals as I am skinny enough, I did try it and ended up losing a bit of weight something that I can't afford to do. I can change just need to make sure I have enough nutrients to keep me going otherwise I feel ill and faint

I was tempted to say that yesterday, but its against the forum rules ( I'm not a Dr) When you say you are slim, may I ask what your BMI is? I have a BMI of 22, I find that IF does not cause any further weight loss, I am just putting the same amount on 2 plates as I do on 3My doctor says that the statins could be pushing up the sugars slightly but he isn't worried. I have concerns but I really would like to get morning levels down somewhat.
