What should my morning blood sugars ideally be?

My recent ones have between 6.5 an 8.5

So not sure if that is good or not

I feel really wired all the time worry about it, and hard to relax

My last hba1c was 46 as understand it that is good

I am currently not taking any drugs either

Have a look at this diabetes 101 website for information on what blood glucose levels should be, and the consequences of them being higher.

Also, google Dawn Phenomenon. That will explain why we may experience raised BG in the mornings.

If it is any consolation, my fasting BG levels in the morning is approx the same as yours. I only get readings of over 8 on a stressful morning, but I am rarely under 6. :( I've been trying to lower them for a long time, and have not yet found the solution.

Super job on your HbA1c!

Do you eat anything after your evening meal? It could be that but I'm no expert and just throwing it out there.

Seems that I am averaging 7 at the moment since I came off the statins a couple of weeks ago as they were causing my muscles in my legs to cramp up.
Is there any natural supplements that anyone would recommend to lower blood sugar?

Cinnamon. There are different types that are better or worse. If you search cinnamon in the threads you'll find the discussions.

Exercise also helps. See Andy Colvin's threads. Something as simple as a fairly brisk 30 minute walk can be very effective.
