over selling.... oh so many things are enthusiastically oversold
Grated cheese mixed with egg - air fried at 170c for 12 mins.

Make these a lot, usually add a few more bits like bacon, a few diced peppers, mushrooms. Some herbs I sometimes make a big one in the air fryer and portion it out. Keeps a few days and makes for a very quick & handy grab & go breakfast.

Yep. I’ve added pork belly chopped fine but am currently just enjoying the cheese todays was a mix of goats Edam, cheddar and hard Italian parmigiana

Oh man, I need to try this - my indoor air fryer is currently mainly a bacon cooking machine, and my outdoor air fryer / smoker is where all the new cooking goes on, but I need to have a go - presumably you just put the mix in a silicon muffin cup?

I use single silicone muffin cases, can get more in the air fryer, or a big one I use the square paper liners that fit in my air fryer - cook the bigger slower & lower as the top can catch

Well, my go-to has become 3 rashers of bacon and a couple of eggs, switched and fried, with some grated cheddar before serving. (oh, and a dash of sauerkraut, but that's immaterial)

I'd been meaning to look into whether I could do something with the eggs underneath the bacon in the air fryer - this is something I'm definitely going to try.
