Hi. I'm wondering if someone could give me a good advice about my morning sugar level.
I posted a similar question earlier about sugar level one hour after eating. A lot of people gave me a great advice and reassured me to say that I don't need to check that quickly, and as long as it goes down two hours after eating it is ok.
Still it puzzles me why my level goes sky high like 15 and then every half hour after that goes down quickly and settles at 6 after two hours post eating.
Lunch time, evening meal time, its not like that. It goes as high as only 7 or 8( doing well, aren't I?),and then back to 5 or 6 two hors after eating.
Does this suggest I should inject morning bolus a lot earlier before actually eating, say 30 before to match my high sugar and insulin being most effective?
Perhaps my body is lazy in the morning?!
Could anyone help? And could anyone tell me your sugar level one hour after eating?
Thank you very much.
Ps. I eat really good low GI breakfast...
