Morning fasting test is 8.5 again. Today I'm going to quit eating earlier to see if it helps. I've been managing to keep it at roughly a 5 throughout the day but mornings are always high.

Hi. Yes, don't worry about morning readings due to the overnight liver dump. Do 2 hours after typical meals.
