Mornings

Hi firstly I would like to say hi to everyone on here and also ask a question in a morning I usually wake at 6am I am a type 1 insulin diabetic I feel fine at 6 on a weekend or a non work day If I fall back to sleep I wake at 7 am and feel **** I feel sick and phlemby can anyone shed any light on this please cheers guys and ladies too

do you test your blood at 6am and again at 7am if you go back to bed ?
wondering if your blood sugar is rising when you go back for a lie in .

I don't test it no as if I'm off work I stay in bed lol thank you for your reply I'm confused about the phlemb tho cos that's most mornings

Could your mouth be dry due to mouth breathing during the night?

I'd also suggest testing your blood sugar as high sugars can cause a dry mouth, etc

lots of things could be causing the phlegm -- i get it myself -- i take an antihistamine to help relieve a stuffy head so i do get post nasal drip into my throat.
