Type 1 Mounjaro weight loss injection

Blood sugars. I am Type 1 Diabetic always struggled with my weight. 8 weeks ago my GP put me on a weight loss injection after discussing it & advices to reduce insulin which I did. I have had a few side effects but most a settling. My biggest problem is going from high to low I seemed to have cracked it through the day but it’s the Tresiba I take at night I’ve been adjusting this on my own as advice given was me to have hypos. At the moment I take 64 units (was 72 ) but my bloods @ bedtime are around 7-8. Good but they start rising from about 1 am & they are at 11-15 by morning I take Humalog @ breakfast 20u lunch 21u & 36umain meal.
I have lost weight & certainly eating less am I doing this right advice would be appreciated

Are you on fixed doses of humalog with your meals, or carb counting and adjusting insulin at mealtimes @Nanaclaire

Hi I was until I went on Mounjaro it the morning bs & evening insulin doesn’t seem to be working. My sugars start raising from 12 going up all night hence the high at breakfast
