Hey everyone, my dad really wants to eat his favourite meal of moussaka. Is there a really good version for diabetics? Thanks

I just leave out potatoes and increase the aubergine layers instead. Cheese and egg and yoghurt as the topping rather than a white sauce made with flour. Yummy
