Moved Thread: Any Quick fixes for low feelings?

I have had the deadly "D" for over 20 years. For whatever reason my blood sugars are now running at over 28 on each test. Of course this has been a severe knock back and increased the feelings of dread and depression. Any quick fixes?

I have finally managed to move this Thread as suggested by Izzi. I hope you'll get some more responses now Monspops, and reduce those feelings.

you might be getting or have an infection, could be one reason? see the Dr, as a T2 on insulin, you may need to increase your insulin or change it and how many times you inject, you will feel better in a week

this may sound really daft and primitive but praying really helps me, like when I stop praying my sugar levels go haywire but when I pray everything just works out

As far as I am concerned, the only fix is a suitable diet. The more suitable, the quicker it works.
