BigKevSters said:Thx Ken, but as you see from my first post only a person I know said 2 weeks not a doctor, hence, my question.
If other people have moved from byetta (which plenty here have) I am asking what was there time period given by there doctor?
Ken, did you abstain for 7 days, 8 days, 10 days 12 days or 14 days? of course I am assuming you have switched?,,,thx

JAC0609 said:Hi I changed from Byetta to Victoza but neither the doc nor consultant said anything about a change over period. I didnt have any issues but that's not to say someone else might. I have found that I get more up to date information from the things I read about on this forum. After an appointment with either doc or consultant I always come back home log on and ask what everyone else thinks. There's always someone else who has advice etc. I then email my Diabetic Nurse and run it by her as well.
