I found out on Monday that our landlord is selling up so we have decided to move back to the south west and settle back there near our families. Whilst I am happy at the decision, I am feeling really stressed about all the things I have to do in the next 2 months, and as a teacher I also have a cupboard of **** at work to clear too. Despite eating really well and still losing weigh, my sugars are all over the place, from 5-10. Is this stress induced? If so, what can I do about it considering there will be stress for the next 2 months until I we move, and after we move as we will me staying with my parents until about Christmas?

I am too suffering from moving house stress , We move on the 24 th of this month from Somerset back up to Surrey where we moved from 20 years ago to live in Spain for 15 years . All our friends and most of family are in Surrey so our move is going to be rewarding but the organization and planning are just getting too much as you get older. We are really sad to leave Somerset love the countryside and the long walks with the dogs but it's just that bit too far for people to pop and see us so we decided to move.
I am usually well controlled in the 5,s but last week even hit a 7.5 for no reason other than stressing over the move .

You are moving for exactly the same reasons as us, except the other way across the country! I hope your levels settle once you move, I'm sure they will. It's just disheartening to get bad readings when you're eating properly and not having that portion of chips!

I've been very stressed over the last 2 months with my hubby being seriously ill. ( he's progressing well but waiting for an op now ) My BG was all over the place for ages. it's beginning to stabilise now though.
Just do your best and put it down to something that's beyond your control temporarily x
