Moving to 4mm needles

I have been on the 8mm for 21 years (I'm 22) and recently changed to the 4mm as they are getting really painful for me due to my lack of fat! If anything, the 4mm is much better as don't need as much fat for the injection site, plus not as painful

I use the BD 4mm neddles, have only been injecting since earlier this it year. The hospital gave me 6mm at first but went to docs because of bruising and changed to the 4mm. I only get bruising now if I rush or don't inject at the right angle. I use my tummy at night and thighs in a morning.
