Hello Princessleia29 and all forum members, Muller light yoghurt is just a kids quick snack, as it does not have any live cultures in it. Activa has live cultures as does Rachels, and the Fage greek yoghurt, the live cultures are beneficial to your stomach and intestines. But like all things read the pot for the what and how much is in each pot. There is another brand of live yoghurt that I particulary enjoy called Longley Farm, these too are totally delicious and are only in 150g pots and they are thick and creamy,(hazelnut one is my total guilty enjoyment) the choice is massive and each one of us, has such different tastes, well ttfn
