Hi,
I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in Feb/April through other medical conditions, thankfully I've managed to bring my levels down to 44. However in that time, and again today I have had a warm heat sensation in my right thigh, almost like a heat patch being placed on my skin. I wondered if anyone had experienced this too. It's not painful, just bizarre.
My main worry at the moment is very sore feeling to my sides/ribs and upper back muscles. Only way I can describe it is that if feels like the muscular tissue has shifted/came loose from around my bones. Heat has helped via hot water bottle & ibuprofen - cocodamol help a bit, but not greatly. Waking & moving first this in the morning from being in the same position is excruciating. I'm drinking as much water as I can. Currently taking Metformin twice a day.
Really any advice would be greatly appreciated, any foods that could help etc.
Thank you kindly,
Heather
