Personally I like instrumentals, either heavily guitar or violin orientated. Usually find myself listening to unsigned musician's and vocalists. Any pointers in this direction also appreciated

Anyone heard Gogol Bordello? Sort of gypsy punk. Saw them at Brixton Accademy last year as son had a couple of spare tickets and they blew me away. They are at Reading next weekend but tickets for that festival are sold out boo hoo

First time I ever heard this guy back in the seventies on a British Rail advert I remember thinking ... with a voice like this ... what else could he do in life but sing these kind of songs?
He seems to be made for it.
This has to be one of the saddest refrains I ever heard.
