Every time he sings he is wearing it .

Anyone 'know' why he wears the head gear each time ?
His ears or head cant be that cold in a studio or concert hall .
 
Was listening to Bob Dyland TTRH on the subject of Cold while I was doing the dusting this afternoon and this song came up
