Apologies if anyone has posted this before ....

Just wondered what everyone's go to songs/tunes are if they're having a bad day/need a lift?

I've got too many to mention but often play 90's dance music and dance along/sing along at the top of my voice :-)

Re: Music

Depending on the mood:

If I need to chill out, I like to get lost in 60's and 70's folk. Bob Dylan, Cat Stevens, Simon & Garfunkel.

For general go-to music it's pretty much all kinds of rock.

If I'm having a particularly awful day, my secret indulgence is Pink. No one does angry girl music quite like Pink, and I usually try to put the aggression to some use and kill my frustrations on the cross-trainer.

Re: Music

Been playing Johnny Cash in the car which isn't great if your having a bad day

I'm into Passenger and Keane at the moment, but anything from the 70's gets the  and lifts my mood.

X-ray apex, sex pistols and Jim Hendrix wake me up nicely. I love opera as well. Radio 2 is on at work most of the time. Most music goes down well with me. It can make me laugh, smile and cry all in a few minutes. Bad tinnitus days are a pita though :)

Re: Music

I do like my heavy/classical rock which turns to death metal when in a bad mood, but then if i don't want to scream i go the complete opposite end of the rock scale and go for blues or country.
Whats even better have found a radio station that plays the lot and no ads!! :D
