1 muffin tray, oiled, 15 cm by 15 cm parchment paper folded on base of a suitable glass.
Gas Mk 6, 220°C... might need to check the conversion
For 1 egg muffin.
1 egg
dash of milk
salt
pepper
Beat and pour into paper fold.
Drop in fillings.

They freeze well, so when I made them, I did about 24, and froze them in pairs for Mr B to defrost overnight to microwave in the morning for breakfast. Mind you, I ate quite a few of them...
From memory, my fillings were variations on goats cheese and red pepper (always a delish combo), ham and cheddar, and cream cheese blob topped with a round of pepperoni on top. Yum.
Used washable silicon muffin cases, which don't have much room in them for frivolities such as veg
