I have had the mother of all colds for a week now and my levels are all over the place.
This evening's perfectly low-carb (and oft repeated) meal took my levels from 6.3 to 11.5

moan away! mine went the other way... beefburger, peas and sweetcorn and I went DOWN to 14.3 1:40 pp.
