My A1c came back @t

Hi to all,

My A1C came back @t 8.5 this time it was previously 10.00 so doctor said it was good but I expected it to be a lower number.
I have a sore throat this morning I ended up having Ice cream to cool my throat down but now I've changed to ice cubes in water.
Next week diabetes review so will see what they say when I go next Monday.

Don't put yourself down because it's not where it should be, just be happy it's going in the right direction!
