My Blood Sugar has a natural audio alert

A high pitched whining in my right ear gives me about 90 seconds warning that my stomach is about to start rolling and moving (as my BG drops). If I eat immediately, it doesn't happen and the high pitched noise subsides after about 3 minutes.
Nature is an amazing thing. An in-built audio alarm to warm me that I am about to start feeling awful.
