I think @donnellysdogs missed the decimal point..normal [non diet/starvation] ketones is under 0.6..so 0.4 is considered fineCan i just say my kentones have been 0.4 before and thats not 'outrageous' that just means your body needs more insulin to fit off the keotnes. Definatly ring your health care like GP or NHS 111 but Hospitals dont count DKA until its at least 2.. well mine doesnt anyway..
