i had a recent blood test and saw my gp
my BS levels are averaging 8.6 which my gp is not happy about and have put on 9lb
to have another blood test in 3 months

gp did mention that if my levels have not gone down in 3 months, then theres a possibility going on insulin

That's a shame Ally, but it might be for the best if your numbers aren't coming down. Sadly, one of the downsides of taking insulin is that some folks find they gain weight, so it's a bit of a double-whammy, but, unfortunately, staying high for a very long time increases the risk of complications, so it's good he is taking things seriously.

I know it's been a very difficult time for you Ally, but has your diet slipped a bit?

Hi Ally,
please consider doing some light exercises at home or walking outside? 30 min x2 in a day / for 4 weeks - will do the trick. Of course your diet should be very clean, lean and mean. You know the drill, you have been here for long.
make a determined change for yourself.
Best.

i wonder why they don't treat the disease and not the symptoms
