My brain might be hungry

Exactly what I said
great, means I understood what you were saying. Also reading one of the links provided, in a nutshell, the general population is consuming too many carbohydrates for the system to cope with, because of the increase elevation of: cholesterol, fatty deposit, trigs and so on. The reduction of carbs all these elevations are reduced, it all returns to normal.
Alzheimer's If I read it correctly, it is now classed as 3c diabetes because of glucose resistance or whatever. Does that mean those with Alzheimer's who do not have diabetes are only insulin resistant in the brain. For me it is like placing the cart before the horse or barking up the wrong tree.
They are saying now Dementia is caused through the build up of protein in the brain. Why is that I would think,. Could it be that: as we know we are consuming too many carbs, the brain is relying on carbs for its function, making protein redundant, therefore deposits are accumulated causing Alzheimer's. I have looked after many people who have lived active lives, either through occupations, interests and hobbies. technically those people should not have gone on to develop Alzheimer's. Alzheimer's all crosses the social divide and education background. For me, the healthcare and researchers have simplified too much. Or putting the cart before the horse,.

I believe dulling the brain was one of the main objectives of Joseph Kellogg when he invented cornflakes. He was looking for a way to reduce lusty thought and actions, and apparenrly he seeems to have succeeded. He was a Leader in the 7th Day Adventists so it was church ethos that he was driven by. The money came later.
