For about 6 weeks my fasting levels have been about 15 and during the day around 19 before meals and rising to around 23. I tested just before lunch and was 9.3. Horra a lot lower but still high. Am beginning to feel better. Let's hope they stay lowish

Fingers crossed for you Ally. Have you done anything differently?

May be you had an infection and didn't realise it.

Are you speaking of water or Alcohol if you don't mind me asking?
Vodka will always gaurantee me a drop ( oops did I say that?)

Well done @ally1 hopefully they are beginning to sort themselves out.

My levels are always slightly up if I have less than my usual 2-3 litres a day. Dehydration is a clear contributor...and you don't need to feel like a broken-legged nomad lost in the desert to be dehydrated.
