Type 1 My Diabetes My way

Hi

Does anyone else in Scotland use this online tool (www.mydiabetesmyway.scot.nhs.uk)

I'm having problems with mine. It hasn't updated any test results in a year and stopped updating my medication in April.

Does anyone know who I can speak to about this? I can't find any contact info on their web page and I tried contacting them via Facebook a week ago and I've still not heard anything.

Thanks in advance

If you find the page ,'frequently asked questions',at the bottom left hand corner, there is a 'contact us' bar to press.(Its small.)This then gives you their contact details.I have found them slow to respond.I sent an email with a query about the lack of information at my surgery re the existence of the site.(Two weeks on still haven't had a response.)Hope this helps...........the other email address is [email protected]

Just checked again and on the home page ,again bottom left hand corner brown print with details for email. There is a form to complete.......Im not very 'techy',so hope this is ok.I can't find a phone number.I joined six months ago and have had no problems so far.For me doing LCMF diet it's a great tool and seeing my results as graphics helps a lot. Also the blood results are there to discuss when I see myDN just can't understand
why some practices like mine are not giving it any publicity.I hope you get yours sorted quickly.

Thanks Glenmac. I tried the contact us form several months ago and I've had no reply. I also spoke to the consultant at the hospital he think it might be to do with the way things are entered at the gps end or the fact that the hospital are currently updating their system. I will try the email address and hopefully I can get some assistance.

Thank you

Thanks for the tag @noblehead.

Hello @Ermintrude75, I use Mydiabetesmyway and haven't encountered any issues as of yet. I actually had a diabetic review yesterday, and I'm expecting my weight, BP, etc to be updated in the next couple of days maximum. If it does work (which I'm sure it will) then that would suggest that the problem may lie with your hospital/clinic rather than the Mydiabetesmyway site itself. My last prescription (end of July) is visable through the 'My Medication' tab, so it looks like everything is good with mine.

I'd be reporting the issues you're having to your hospital rather than the Mydiabetesmyway folk. I hope you get everything up and running soon:)

Thanks @GrantCam. I've already spoke to the hospital I suspect the problem is with the information being submitted at my gps surgery. Knowing my gps they will tell me to speak the Mydiabetesmyway team. If I speak to them and if they can tell me exactly what needs to be done it's easier to speak to the Gps reception. Fingers crossed it works soon
