I had a list of favourite recipes saved & went to look for the Chocolates ie: Mars bar, twix etc only to find they’ve all disappeared! Any idea what’s happened and how I can restore them please?

Sally_Ann - I'm not a Low Carb Programme expert, but could I ask if you are using the App or the website? On the website, if you look to the top right hand side of your screen, you will see three vertical dots, as shown on the snip below:
The click on Help, as below:
Then complete, as per your requirements:
