Just thought I'd share my experience.
So been doing not much today, and decided to start making dinner. Happily chopping up veg and started feeling something wasn't quite right. Felt a bit out of it, hands started shaking and went a bit wobbly, so did a quick blood test and.. 3.2!
So a new low score, the meter flashed at me.. and after a mug of hot, sweet tea am back to normal. Well, normal for me anyway.
But it was something I'd kind of been hoping for, simply so I could experience it and know what to look out for in the future. Not sure why it happened today as I'd not been doing anything different.
