If you're a new user of MyFitnessPal then it's worth checking the figures for any prepared foods you might eat. I've found quite a number that are wrong or misleading. For example, I can tolerate the Jalapeno Chicken wrap from Pret A Manger and there are at least three different versions on MyFitnessPal mainly due to the recipe changing over time. I looked at the Pret web site to confirm the nutrition values of the current recipe. The difference in carbs and calories is not insignificant.
