I have recently been getting strange readings from my meter, and errors making readings, I found that the test strip insertion slot was making poor contact. This meter is one I have used daily for about 6 or 7 years, so it has lasted well. I contacted the supplier for this meter (Spirit Healthcare Caresens Dual), earlier this morning, and I have just had a reply from them saying a replacement has been dispatched and will be with me soon, I could not ask for better service. Thank you Emily at Spirit Healthcare. I just wanted to share my experience with forum members.
