My gp surgery

Ok. If you want to complain make sure it’s in writing to practice manager or lead GP. Both is best. Anything other than written is not recorded or responded to. Copy to chief exec (look for details of your CCG on line). Be clear as to the issues and wha5 you are wanting as a resolution. Don’t expect silly stuff. Best of luck.

This week I have had my MRI and nerve conductive test.
The lady that did the nerve conductive tests gave me the results while I was there.
Nothing wrong. It was to check if I had any trapped nerves in my hands and feet. So that's clear thankfully.
I get the MRI results when my neurologist sends an appt for around February. That appt will be a follow up. So no idea what or if anything will happen next.
Yesterday, I had a call from the hospital, wanting to give me an appt, starting panicking, thinking something bad had shown up on the MRI.
It was from the ENT dept and have an appt for 27th November. Am well pleased as my dentist referred me because of my very hoarse voice, the referral sent end September. Now this is swift as expected to wait alot longer. I got nowhere with my gp re hoarseness except gp saying I snore and that's why the hoarseness. My dentist said no way. Thank god for a dentist.

I agree with you ally. I always go to my dentist first with any problem above my neck. She actually listens to me.
