My Hba1C has gone up !

Well unfortunately I don't get a choice when the retest is they've made the appointment for me , I'm just disappointed after all my hard work that the figure has gone up.
I've not had any discussion with a doctor yet so I'll certainly wait for that.
I just wondered if there could be an anomaly as to why it's gone up with my hard work in a 12 week period.
I've never been so active.

I don't have any blood testing equipment

Will they not give you a glucose meter kit? It’s so variable who gets them

I’m in same boat, but I don’t eat rice, pasta and not had wraps for ages. You can get certain wraps that are lower carb.
Deci de d to make appointment with a private Endocrinologist. My usual nurse is off sick and I can’t rely on the other as she doesn’t know me.
