My HbA1c

i was diagnosed in july last year with HbA1c 10.6%(91mmol)

just got report from yesterdays test... its now 6.3%(45).... very pleased and it has certainly made my day.... i am heading in the right direction

My family are also gooners ,do you get to go to matches at all?

No I don't go to the matches but I buy lot of shirts and scarfs
