Watching 'trust me I'm a doctor' there was an explanation about complexion and what causes acne etc.
Not fatty food or chocolate!
When you increase your blood insulin output. It causes a reaction in your skin.
Because I flush insulin that is what makes me itchy.
I can now use this as a tool to show if my BSLs are in control.
I wonder if heat and cold has an effect on insulin output?
