Thank you all so much for your hugs and best wishes. I am still feeling a bit numb at the moment, it hasn't quite sunk in yet. I am so grateful to have you all there in my time of grief. I treasure your friendship, you are all such lovely caring people, I really feel that I have a wonderful extended family. I wish that I could give you all a proper hug instead of a virtual one.

In the meantime take care all of you and thank you all once again for your kind words, Speak to you soon.

Lots of Love and big hugs from me

Marilyn xx (((((((Hugs)))))

Thank you @jack412 for your good wishes, you are right, it is still a shock even when expected. She had a fall this morning and was taken to A&E they found a blood clot and tried to save her, by sending her for an angiogram but she she died durng the procedure she was just too weak. I live a 100 miles away, so I was unable to get there in time to say goodbuy, which is really devestating.

However, I really appreciate all the good wishes I have received from everyone.

Big hug Jack

Marilyn

It's of no comfort to you now. But later it may help. I'm sure your mum is happy with the way she went. That's as good as going in your sleep with a heart attack

Mazzer so sorry to hear your news. I agree with all jack412 has said. I am convinced my own Mum didn't want me to be with her when she died as she didn't want me to be even more upset. Your Mum would have known you were on your way and been comforted by that. You don't need to be with her to say Goodbye.

Big hugs and love,
Take care
Suzanne
