My numbers came down

Hi everyone just a wee update. My hba1c check 2 months after diagnosis is now prediabetic levels of 42 I was 58.

My liver enzymes have came right down too. My cholesterol has came down slightly with my good cholesterol goung up slightly so the bad came down. .. all while eating more fat !

I eat a lower carb diet I still eat portions of oats or oatcakes or quinoa but add fat to help slow the insulin response .

I've also lost like 4kg they said on my scales I've lost all in about 18lb
