My seven year old sin been diagnosed with type one last weeek

Hi I would just like to introduce my self, I am gemma, my 7year
Old son Lewis was diagnosed last week which come as a big shock, I only took him to the doctors thinking he had a water infection as he was going to toilet more at night time, we then ended up in hospital with him being diagnosed with type 1, just wanted to say hi as new to this forum xx

Hi Gemma and welcome to the forum!

I'm sorry about Lewis being diagnosed with diabetes and understand that this must have come as quite a shock to you all, there are a few parents with type 1 children on the forum so hopefully they will share their experiences with you once they see your post.
