Has anybody signed up for this plan and if so was it any good? I thought it was uk based but seems to be US. So before I go ahead could do with finding out more.

@Chalky34 - If your looking to change your way of eating, it would be worthwhile looking at this site's Low Carb Programme (LCP).

The LCP has been around a while now, and shows great results for users. It is also approved on the NHS. The App is available on their App Store.

It is a subscription service, but many feel they save more than they spend - as they're tending not to have snacks, or not so many at least.
