needles, bloods sampling, infact most medical stuff which usually result in panic/anxienty attacks :(
i was wondering if anyone else has had issues with signup to mydiabetesmyway in scotland (health records), signed up over a month ago had a message saying that a form would be posted out in the post within a couple of weeks, havent had any mail through the post yet. I've sent an email asking, over a week ago to [email protected]. haven't had a reply, how long does it usually take? i registered just over a month ago so confused to what the issue could be. Been looking for an alternative contact number to try call to find out whats going on to no avail :/

I use it, though in Somerset, where it is also in use (same company though). I didn't have any issues signing up mind you.

I note that when I wanted to report something it was quite hard to find a company contact email address. I can have a dig to see what I did eventually find if you'd like.

I would be tempted to follow up with your surgery - have they even submitted the paperwork I wonder...?

I tried to follow-up with diabetic specialist nurse. She said they tend to wait for x amount then send out doing a batch run. Wait a few days then try to call them. Didn't think it would be very difficult to find a contact number would be super useful if you manage to dig out an email address other than the one I have thanks very much ☺️
