I've used myfitnesspal.com for some time (the free version), quite like it, but recently came across lowcarbprogram.com

I don't want to switch to something no better, and can't face using the two at the same time to see how they compare!

I tried to us lowcarbprogram.com, but when I went to register my details (and didn't know my H1AC results or whatever they're called) it wouldn't let me go further
