    @Flora123 You posed a question about long term low carb diets and as Dr. Unwin has data gathered about his own T2 patients I thought this may interest you. His patient with the longest history of low Carbing ratchets up 9 years!

    Yup, grain. The birds are force fed the grain by funnel to 'enhance' the liver.
