i've come across naturalketosis.co.uk, they offer low carb pre packed meals. has anyone tried them? or any other services like them...outcomes?

Never used them and never would..
Some of the "snacks" look way too carb laden for a real ketogenic diet and snacks should really be avoided anyway.
Also the fat content of the meals looks a little low.
Much better to cook fresh for yourself. One of the main reasons keto works well is that people cook their own food from scratch so they know what goes into it..

Just my thoughts and you did ask!
