nausa after eating

Hi i am t2 and am on insulin over the passed few weeks i have found that i always feel sick after eating and some times have actually vomited,i;m not sure if the is related to my diabeties not sure if i should mention this to gp as already thinks i moan about everything,just wondered if anyone else has had this problem

I can get a little bit of a dizzy ish feeling when my insulin kicks in 'combating' the sugars from food - like when you had a bit too much candy as a kid perhaps - before becoming diabetic. I do lower carb now so I don't get as much of that feeling as I did before. I am just generally sensitive to sensations in my body, I think - you may be also? Vomiting sounds a bit much though - not been having that... You don't have a bug or any irregular meal times that makes your stomach very sensitive to food?
