Need advice about CoQ10

Does anyone know if coq 10 is good
And can it be prescribed?
 
I am unable to say whether it is good. DN was unable to prescribe it but made certain that I bought some from Holland and Barratt since when statins were first produced Co q10 was supposed to be mixed in with them but was left out on cost grounds.
