Need Help From Moderator, Please?

Hi Moderators

After needing to clear cache earlier today, I've had to log in again. What I thought was my password wasn't recognised so I requested new password. However, somehow I can only now using my email address which logs me in with a different username. I can only presume I've had a previous account for some reason.

Is it possible one of the Moderators could sort this out with me, please?

Hi @AroundAgain

Best suggestion I can make is that you email forum@diabetes.co.uk and explain. Then the Admin team can have a look.
Don’t send your password, but other details, like username and so on will help them.

Mind you, not sure how quickly you will get a response on a Friday evening of a bank hol weekend but I am sure someone will be in touch as soon as practical.

Hi there - When you contact the forum@diabetes.co.uk email address, you will need to include your user names and the email addresses you used when you signed up. As only one account is allowed (as per our rules: https://www.diabetes.co.uk/forum/threads/community-ethos-forum-rules.50278/ - C5, it is important you nominate the account you would like to keep.

As far as I know, I've only ever used the one email address. Notifications have always come through to the email address the notifications are coming into now.

Hopefully, all will be revealed in due course...
 
Yay!!! Back in business again Thanks Brunneria, Moira from diabetes.co.uk has sorted my accounts out today, yes, on a Saturday!!! It wasn't straight forward (par for the course!) but, after numerous emails, she's sorted this out

Edit: Ha Ha Ha Just got notification of my own post LOL. Shame I didn't get chance to have a discussion with AroundAgain, though. Could have been interesting, eh?

Yes, totally agree
We both, ie Energise and AroundAgain, like to have the last word LOL Could have been going on for ever LOL
