As none of your tests are outside normal I'd be wary of talking about hypoglycaemia, but the idea that you haven't been eating sensibly and your body is protesting seems like a decent starting point.
Is reiterate my suggestion you plan and moderate your eating, whilst testing your bloods and keeping a food diary and review that after a short while.
That said, if you are sufficiently concerned you should book an appointment to see your GP and build your data in the meantime.

i agree glad my levels are normal just what with false hypos and all after binging on carbs for a while! seems like it might be and also what other illness or feeling unwell is cured by eating, that's whats making me feel it is this, not to mention 9 weeks ago i felt fine and then a 2 month sugar binge led me to feeling like this...i dont know i will record what i eat
