Im in desperate need of help. Please bear with me. I am type 2, no meds. This is it for me. I need to get my numbers better or i go on medication
I am a vegetarian. I am trying to go low carb but am not doing it right. With work, i have snacks through the day. So i bought granola bars, wasabi edamame and rice chips. I dont know if these are okay. My numbers still linger around 9 when i have these. How do I label read??? I know to look at sugar content but what about carbs? How many are too many?
The snacks I have consist of roughly 2 to 3 grams of sugar but 15 to 20 carbs...
