need help

Hi im type 2 and ii suddenly came.ill last year and none.cud say whats wrong, went to see.my endo and he said nothong life thretning going.on he sent me to a rheummy who said that she.thought it was me and mild fibro but my endo has now.decided it cud be autonomic neuropathy and wondered.if anyone on here has it or knows aboit it thanks amanda
