Where to start lol. Into my third week of lower carbs and fewer calories to help with my newly diagnosed T2 and I need a guide of how low to go down with carbs and how many calories to eat. My fitness pal says 1200 for a steady 2lb loss
My BG was 14-18 when first started fasting and now are 8-8.9 but I need to up my game to get that way down.
If I follow LCHF what is the ratio ? I brought cream and brie but am so scared to use it as I see these foods as weight gain foods( please don't laugh) If I followed the Atkins way of eating minus their shakes and bars would I be on the right track ?????? Where can I get a low carb receipes book. There's so much I want to ask but I think I need to follow a sound meal plan for a number of weeks to get me on the right track.
