Need motivation!!!

Broccoli, carrots and cauliflower. I went for a 10 min power walk and got back and my sugar was higher
ITs totally natural to have a spike (shows your body was working hard) but the point is that your blood sugar will drop off again. I'd suggest lower intensity longer duration walks with occasional hills or power walking especially after meals to burn through the glucose supplies in the muscles. Test your blood sugar 2 hours after the exercise to see what's really going on.
 
Perhaps changing your comfort food could help. Brie cheese comforts for me. Has your depression eased since your blood glucose has lowered ?
